2) lizanoor - look me up in my MSN & explain the confusion over the Mistaken Identity issue? *or watever it is called*


3) Adviser of the day - AIRCON , WASHING MACHINE, VACUUM CLEANER. *sounds like i'm a salesperson yah? but NO!! I'm not a salesperson.... next time I'm gonna charged people for my services


4) had a sumptous a-la carte buffet lunch as a farewell gesture for the 3 leaving colleagues @ Lagun Sari. Good Food + Good Price = SATISFIED EATER.


5) had my specs repaired. (Finally after almost 2 weeks!!) Sad news - my specs has to be 'warded for 3 days.


6) blog toink....toink....toink to rozas blog from lizanoor. I've got no idea who she was but definitely she dun look like me. She's prettier. Surprisingly, she attended KRT @ Ar-Raudhah too. But it was a good one. Thanx to nymph & syidzz & lizanoor.... now I can widen my blogging cliques.... what a close-knit community.


7) received a call from my ex-admirer. ahhh...! Good news from him finally. He's getting married this Aug. Alhamdulillah....

SCHEISSE!! I hate it went I was totally engrossed & something happen. Yeah!! I was watching 'Anugerah' & the contestant sang well when the whole room went into darkness. I swore under my breath. I blame it on my dad / my brother for the power failure as that happens on few occasions. If it's not my dad who'd plugged his radio to a faulty socket it could be my brother who was always busy with his PC repair & some experimenting works. Well..... I ASKED for it (when I opened the door), both my dad & brother shouted at me and say almost in unison "IT WASNT ME!!" Uh-Oh..!! So I guess the entire residence were in total darkness.Hey!! Sorry yah .... I din' know. Almost in a scuffle, each one of us walked around in darkness looking for torches & candles. Mom saves the night! She came out with few candles in hand and we light up the house. From my brother's opened window, I could see people coming out from their flats with torchlights in hand and shining around. It could be blessing in disguise too. Finally, we got to interact with the neighbours & kinda enjoy the darkness with laughter & jokes. Yeah! All the while the doors have always been closed & hardly we got to know whom & how the neighbpurs look like. Most prefer to keep to themselves behind closed doors. I love the night especially the moon light. It was shining brightly shedding light almost to all the corridors. SO BRIGHT!! It was romantic too. (Best kan?) At first It was hidden at the roof top. I could only see the light and then slowly it come out and shed more light. Auwww..... I wish I had my DiGicam with me that moment so I could capture a picture of it. (Dah gelap gulita malas ako nak meraba-raba carik barang). While in my dreamy mood, my hp buzzed off (sebok betol SMS nie) It was my cousin. She told me her mom couldnt sit still kept going in & out of the house when suddenly, she knocked her head hard on the hard metal gate. After that, her mom finally sat still. I SMS kissy, Bunnyz & Frina to check if their households were affected & yeah! kissy was complaining she was feeling warm while Bunnyz was scared. Scared?!?? She's not alone as her Tiongman was with her but she mention her residence is prone to danger. (Landed property memang dangerous unlike flats, no aided protection) So Bunnyz, get ready a baseball bat yah! It might come in handy one day. The lights came back at around 11.00pm. Ahhhhh..... so relief! Here I am blogging before going to bed. I missed the lights & fans & aircon & the TV!! *mmmuuuuaaaaahhhh* WELCOME BACK!!

10) Check bank account after all of the above expenditure.


Runs through the list & bite fingernails. Wondering how come I'm spending more than any other months eh? Should I do away with all the gifts? Wah piang eh! My pocket's hole now almost 3/4 burnt liao. Help!! Help!! Help!!!

HAPPY 49th BIRTHDAY MIL!! (Ahhh....ini baru betol! )We went over to my in-laws place @ around 12.30pm. My hubby didnt tell me that they (my SILs & BILs) has cancelled the plan to eat out. So when I reached there MIL said " awak ngelat eh...datang tghari. patut bday girl duduk jer nie bday girl kena masak." I felt my face swelled with redness. (Deep in my heart, I was full of revenge against my hubby. NI SEMUA DIA PUNYA PASAL! )Luckily for me, my SIL back me up." Alah makkk.... mak masak sedap. kita2 nie masak nanti takder org makan" Thx sizta!! LU ROCK ah! My MIL nag but we turned a deaf ears. (jahat sey menantu nie ) Not wasting anymore time, I fold the sleeves of my (brand new) kurta *bau kedai seyy!! * and helped around. Then, my 2 BILs came into the kitchen & lend a hand. We did our work speedily splitting up the chores among ourselves. My hubby *sigh* he's glued to the x-box with his 5th bro. By 1pm the food were laid on the dining table. (tak sempat amek gambar ler)The dishes we had were :-

2) Satay + gravy
3) Sambal Telur
4) Fish nuggets
5) Fried bee hoon
6) Serunding
7) Watermelon
8) Fruit cocktail
9) Fruit punch
10) A birthday cake



My hubby's Mak Long & family came & without wasting anymore time, my FIL read a short "doa selamat". We (my hubby, my 2 BILs & myself) were in a hurry to meet up other friends. I managed to swallow a slice of the birthday cake. (Nice! Chocolate cake with chocolate coating & chocolate rice. My BIL bought it from Bakery Junction) My hubby has a friendly match @ 3.15pm with his friend's husband team @ Seng Kang Sec School. He dragged me along (knowing I'd feel awkward with the incoming crowd coming later.) His friend brought along his wife & yeah!! I've got companion. When we reached there, it seemed like a family event. The other team had brought along their wives & kids + some food. (Mcm picnic pon ada) The weather was scorching hot then. The kick off started @ 4pm with hubby team still leading & conquering the game. At the end of the day, my hubby's team scored 4-2. Both me & my companion were happy for our hubbies & their team mates. They were playing very well. Initially, I have GREAT doubts that my hubby's team will win the game BUT they proved me wrong. cheeyyy!! (apa punya bini ako nie *LOL*) The father of one the player told me, " wah!! the goalie so fierce!" & my companion was quick to reply him, " Ohh!! itu suami dia cik. Ingat dah karat skill goalie dia sebab dah lama dia tak jadi goalie" (Ako tak tahu menahu pon!!) Coincidentally, I met my old friend there @ the field. He & his team has a friendly match too after that. He just smiled & waved back @ me from afar. He sent an SMS to me saying he was too shy & was caught tongue-tied to approach me & he apologised for that.In such environment, definitely, we dont want to have uninvited attention. I told my hubby about it though.... and it happend that my companion too knew him. U see.... handsome guy semua org mesti kenal.

Both my mom & myself went on a shopping spree @ Geylang Serai this afternoon. Once in a while, when both of us get to go out together, we felt like shopping to our hearts content. No hubbies around to stare, glare, grumble or stop you from buying what you want. We talked & giggled at every chances we had. Mom dun like travelling by train so I got her a magazine to read BUT she says it make her nausea. When we stop by a shop to browse the clothes there, my mom would kept saying "kalo jalan dgn abah ko harap ako dapat beli/tengok benda2 nie semua...asek itu tak bagus ini tak bagus" Poor mom! That's my dad style he dislike seeing my mom spending her money unnecessarily. In the end, my main mission to go there to get MIL present end up more than that! We bought :



1) 5 pcs of 'kurtas' (3 for ME & 2 for MOM. we bought 1 pc of same colour)
2) a new Al-Quran with bigger fonts
3) 3 pcs of selendang (ME)
4) 6 bottles of lulur ( 2 for me & 4 for EvilClown)
5) a box of jamu (MOM)
6) 2 pcs of 'serkup' (for my grandma)
7) 1 set of black. silky wif gold embroidery 'kain' (MIL bday gift)
8) a book of 'doa2' (ME)
9) a set of 8 plastic brooches (ME)
10) some food for our hubbies - dad & my hubby.

We reached home happy & contented. Both me & mom went in to our rooms & straightaway tried on our new 'kurtas'. We laughed at each other. (Dah mcm budak2 sey kita 2 beranak) Luckily, our hubbies were not home. My hubby has gone to Sultan Mosque while my dad is still not back from work. After that, we quickly clear the mess & put away our shopping bags. I hid my new clothes & selendang from my hubby's view or he'd grumble at the sight of them. Will wear them on a day when hubby din notice much of the new clothes & when he ask " ehh...baju baru nampak? bila beli?" During this time, I've already got myself prepared " alahh... dah lama dah....u jer tak perasan.... baru beli brp hari yg lepas..." or I'd say " alah.... dah berapa bulan sey kat dlm almari u tak nampak ke... i jarang pakai la sebab tuh nampak baru" On different occasions, such reasoning work well BUT not till someday when my hubby find them familiar & no longer taken in by the words. When that happens, I've to change my strategy. OK lah, that's all for today's entry. Will blog tomorrow on MIL's birthday celebration.....

I thought today is my MIL's birthday. So paisey when I wished her she was SHOCKED! Lerr... no longer a surprise instead I made a fool of myself. I din' join the others (Ewah2 gang) celebrating xisco's birthday. But I hope they had an enjoyable time including the birthday boy! HAPPY 28th BIRTHDAY xisco Duh! Peh selenger menantu ni... Anyway, I've got to buy my MIL's present before Sunday comes(which is her actual birth date)....
