Flying Without Wingzzz....

OK! Here comes the much awaited moment. An extract of the appraisal session yesterday....

Appraisee : Morning! Shall we start now?
Appraiser : Sure! Close the door pls.

*both take a short glance thru the review document*

Appraiser : I think you're being too harsh on yourself.
Appraisee : huh? Really? *fake a smile*
Appraiser : U know what we (FD & SMD) think? We think you've done well.
*naik kan seluar yg TER-lorot*
Appraisee : Oh! Thank you. *aksyen tak impress*

.....and the session continues. At the end of the 2.5 hours review,

Appraiser : One more thing, I think I find you very quiet in the office.
Appraisee : Huh?! Quiet? I do talk to the others but through MSN *sheepish smile*
Appraiser : Hmmm...that's fine. As long you prioritise yr work & complete it on time.
Appraisee : *grinning from ear to ear*
Appraiser : If there's nothing else, *dig into his drawer* I've got this letter for you. It's your bonus.
Appraisee : Thank you. *smile*
Appraiser : But you're one letter short. The increment letter will be given next mth as MD is not in town.
Appraisee : That's ok. *dlm hati...janji gaji naik ako happy* Thank you.

......and the rest is history.

Its the time of the year. When everyone else's have done theirs, ours is just about to begin. My turn will come soooooonnnn.....pretty soon....very soon....and that's TOMORROW. *biting finger nails*

I'm having nervous breakdown now. As I pen this entry, its been the 5th time... (I think) I visited the toilet. Always happen when I'm extremely nervous.

Now....I wonder how long will it takes when my turn comes. That guy in his room has been in there since 9.45am. Time check - almost 12 noon.

*gulp*

Out of the blue, dh called to have lunch with me today. Of course I was delighted, it seems like ages since we last had lunch together. Guess what?! He surprised me with a new mobile phone.....ouhhhh!!! *jumpin in excitement* Oh! That phone was one from my wishlist & it came as a surprised & I cant stop beaming as I walked back to office, swinging the bag in my hand......

.....in return, I've got to give what he's been longing for. It's something which I had difficulty agreeing to. I know if I say "Yes!" there goes our precious moments together....with a heavy heart, I signed the pact agreeing to his desire to have a 2nd wife. I've kept this for so long to actually find the best time to present it to him & thought this was possibly the right moment....


I opened the bedroom door with a sullen face, went right up to the wardrobe and...and...and Taaaa......daaaa!!

It was definitely a night full of excitement & laughter but the absence of KOnny, KOmo, KOlin & KOdee were greatly missed. I think our table is the noisiest, the crappiest, the slowest (to move our butt) & that prolly cause the long Q to form outside the restaurant. *chucklez*

We (dh,niece & myself), had a blast attending 3 open houses. (I had to babysit my niece for the day thus I brought her along.) dh decided to join us at the last minute despite having got to go to work in the late evening. Met up with aries & we went together to a blogger's so-called low-profile open house. *winkz* Everything was great - from great food to great hospitality.

To-you-know-who-you-are, thanx for the invitation. You're a great host! Wish you luck in your search for a prospectful career. *huggies*

Next stop, to another fellow blogger's abode & she is none other - Mdm lizanoor. We had a short tour in her new love nest. Simple but tastefully furnished. Liza - yr ayam masak merah is nice! Thumbs up. *winkz* Before we made our move to the next house, mcm tak sah kalo tak bergambar. So here's some "glamour" shots of us.

We then rushed over to zany's abode which was just nearby. We're actually running out of time & ezayu is rushing home. Ayu....sorry! Din' get to mingle ard much but it was nice meeting yr lil' Nazif in person & thank you for waiting. We missed meeting shireen & her eclairs too! :( Last house betol2 punya kelam kabut. Hubby kept reminding me to watch the time. Tity finally opened her mouth & talked in her loud coarse voice when Mikhail (zany's son) played peek-a-boo with her! *chucklez*

We bid goodbye to the happy family and made our way home at 6.30pm. tsk! Time seems to be short when we're enjoying ourselves. Both dh & I took separate cabs & we (me & tity) made our way home. Once in my room, tity was damn shagged that she lay on the bed one leg on another & had her milk.
