Monday nights are our "busy" nights. Mom, dad and me will be glued in front of the tv. No one would even care to answer the ringing phone while it's still showing. Why? Because it's DIA night. ;->
.....and our mood varies with every scenes shown. So yesterday to cool us down we had our diy waffle while watching it - DIA waffle.
p/s: ignore the "brownish" waffle. done by yrs truly magical hands. ;-)anyway it tasted just as good topped with cranberry brownies.
YUMMY!!
It was a rush hour. I saw a bus coming to a stop at the bus stop. I waited for one slow cabby to quickly drive off so that I could dashed across the road - safely. (Dashing across the road is not safe unless road is clear of traffic. ;-) )I saw the crowds getting smaller, leaving few waiting for turns to board the bus.
Phew!! Glad I managed to catch up with the queue. Saw one fickle old lady contemplating whether or not to join in. Thus, I cut her. Time dont wait for slow thinking people. Right?
Suddenly, I felt someone pushed me from behind. I ignored the fella. I stand firm from where I was standing, waiting for the one in front to move in. Me, 1 school boy and the aunty were the last three waiting to board.
As I got myself up the steps, out of a sudden.....I let out a fart. No sound. Not sure if there's smell. But I just shit before I had my shower this morning.
Finally, I settled myself up the steps and tapped my card. The driver asked if he could closed the door, and the schoolboy signalled an OK. Then, I realised the old lady did not board the bus.
Heh! Maybe I farted at her ACCIDENTALLY and her face happened to be near my bum.
Sorry aunty!
Hope you enjoy the angin sepoi-sepoi bahasa which happened at spur of the moment.
When I heard the piece of news from her, I was overwhelmed with mixed emotions. Suddenly, I'm running out of icons in MSN to describe myself when she broke the news. Vocab also not enough lah.
The only thing I managed to type - "SYUKUR ALHAMDULILLAH". Tears of joy trickled down wetting the face. If only, right now we are with each other, I think we'll be hugging each other tight. Squeezing hands and tearing together.... :)
Her pregnancy is finally for REAL!
DB says: i think God said

Yeah...definitely it's a big, great deal. She had 5 miscarriages before this and finally is pregnant now - for real!! She's married abt the same time as me.
Alhamdulillah.
It's definitely not easy to go through it all. She's grown immune and "tough" over time. I looked up to her as my pillar of strength. From her I learnt to take things easy and stay composed. Everything happen for a reason. If we see ourselves pathetic, there're others who're much more worse off than us. Just dont give up.
To M,
if you're reading this, I'd like to tell you again, I share your joy and happiness. Take very very very good care of the lil' one inside you and yourself too. Enjoy the morning sickness and the "pukey" rides to work, be it in trains, buses or cabs. It's a GIFT for you to enjoy. Even if it meant easier to say than going through it, whether it made u bloated, nausea, weak, congested, they may be a sign from the lil one telling you he's doing alright!
I hope to see you grow...gRow...gROw...GROW there - the lil bump. The precious lil bump. :)
May HE grant you with the health and strength to go through this till the 40th week. To be able to hold the precious lil bundle of joy in your arms.
Insya-Allah.
DumbAss signing off........
*dabs teary eyes*
Ohh!! I'm going all emotional now. Pardon me.
Wa tengah feeling rabak beb!
I wish the company would close longer for CNY. I'm so enjoying the luxury of staying home and lazing around. We didnt do much nor did we ever attempt to go across the causeway. But I managed to cause a dent to my bank account at my pleasure. Total bliss! Fortunately the shops were closed during CNY otherwise I'd spent the 4 days - shopping. Ahhhhhhhhhh.....!!!
The next best thing to spent the holidays was being with my fav niece, Tity.
She's grown a lot. Talked a lot. Very vain. Loves her curly wurly hair. Loves to flips her hair after a wash. Loves to dress up in nice new clothings. Loves to put on make up. (She'd put make up on her cats too. *smacks forehead*)
Her favourite pastime is to watch tv. Not just cartoons, kids shows, she loves watching Fear Factor *pukes*, entertainment, lifestyle, documentary and womens' programme that features all about make up, facial, fashion. OMG!! I wonder if I'm the one who spoilt her but I'm sure I didnt.
She's pretty observant too. She was aware that one of the cousin is pregnant. She knows what is being pregnant. Oh dear! Did she pick up the right thing from what she watched? I hope so. At the age of 3, it seems impossible for a lil girl to know too much. I mean, she knows being pregnant means baby coming out soon. =P I hope she dont come up to me and asked "How the baby come out from her?" *gulp*
A funny incident happened recently while we were at her place last Monday. Following was an exerpt of what I could remember the convy between her and my hubby.
....in her mix of pelat and broken malay.
Tity: abg ajam...branak anak boy ke girl? *looks at hubby's belly*
we tried not to laugh and even hubby tried to control his facial expression...
Hubby: ohh! abg ajam branak anak kerbau. *smiles*
Tity looking stunned. Perhaps not quite what she'd expected.
Tity: kak sahfika *syafiqah*, branak anak girl tau.
I interrupted.
ME: wrong! it's a boy bukan girl.
Tity: oh!! boy eh.... *excited*
we nodded.
Tity: abes abg ajam branak anak kerbau?! bole buat naik2 kuda. *laffs*
ME: meh rasa peyot abg ajam.
she walked over nearer to hubby, put her hand on his belly and rubbed it.
Tity: eh..ehh! apsal pakai 2 baju.
Hubby: baby sejuk....
Tity: hahahaha! baby kat dalam pon sejuk eh?
Hubby: ha'ah lah.
Tity: *pulled down the shirt which exposed a bit of the belly*
then hubby shakes a lil of his belly to make it moved while Tity rubs his belly again.
Tity: *startled* ehh! naper gitu?
Hubby: baby suka Tity rub rub....
Tity: baby bole rasa?
Hubby: cubalah lagik...
Tity pulled back her hands and laughed it off. She'd keep asking me when the baby will come out. LOL!
Darn! I should have recorded the whole scene to keep.
I think Tity fears that if a baby girl is born in the family, she'll no longer enjoy the pampering anymore. She'll just turned away and show tantrums to the person she's closed to. Haiz!! Kecik2 da pandai jealous. The reason why she gets uber excited when she learnt that our cousin is expecting a boy. Even my younger cousin of the same age did not get along well with her cos Tity simply dislike befriending her. So notty!
I wonder one day if any of the cousins gave birth to a baby girl, will she turned cold? Lets hope not. I think it's time to girl-talk her soon. Hmmm....where do i start? Ah-hah! Ask my cousin to give her a sister!! *laffs* I can imagined the look on her mama's face already....ekekekekekekkekekekek
Oh well!! Here's one of our fav shots together. *bats eyelashes*
